Yoda pie chart comes from Garr's posterous, as noted. The bottom corner has a GraphJam.com credit but I haven't been able to find it there, just a Membase-from-GraphJam version somewhere in the depths of Google, and that one's a highly unattractive bar chart done in fast-food-restaurant red. This, however, is darned near perfect.
