The next time someone touts the health-giving, hair-growing, happiness-enhancing, rejuvenating, revitalizing, restorative and otherwise delightfully beneficial properties of Vitaman Such-and-Such or Antioxidant Food Item Whatever, we can just check its colour on the chart - from pale and inconclusive to true blue.
