Anthony Calzadilla's goal was to animate a "semi-complicated skeleton" using only CSS3 transforms, keyframes and transform-origin... pure CSS3! Of course, you can only view the animation with webkit browsers (Chrome and Safari), but still - how cool is that concept?!?
